SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • We offer local delivery for all plants & goods! This is a great feature for those who do not live in the Greater Denver area but would like to send a gift to their loved one!

    For delivery we ask 48 hours in advance. If you need it sooner please call, we may be able to squeeze you in.

    Order total must meet $40 minimum to receive local delivery.

    Delivery Zones & Flat Rate costs vary based on location. Below is a rough estimate of what to expect, final costs are calculated during checkout:

    • Neighborhood [< 3 miles from TigerLily Goods] $0

    • Inner City [3-10 miles from TLG] $25

    • Outer City [Beyond Denver Metro] $40

  • We’re more than happy to ship Vintage, Decor & more anywhere in the U.S. but as of now, haven’t found an acceptable method of shipping live plants.

    Deliver within the Denver area is available, if you have needs that exceed that reach, please call and we’ll see what we can do!

  • TigerLily Goods is more than happy to ship Vintage or Decor items anywhere you want ‘em!

  • While there’s no traditional “guarantee” on live plants, TLG prides itself on customer service and wants, more than anything, for you to be happy with your purchase. Please let us know if you are unhappy in any way and we’ll do our best to make it right!

    Vintage clothing and decor is sold “as-is”. We do our very best to take good photos and provide accurate descriptions. We source only the best goods but as with any vintage item, a little wear and tear is to be expected. That being said, if you have an issue with any item purchased, please reach out and we’ll make sure you’re taken care of.

  • At this time we do not offer an in-store pick up option, when buying our items online. Besides, what better way to get to know your local plant shop than to see us in person!

    Our online store is a great glimpse into our in-store offerings, but there is so much more to explore! See you soon!

  • Absolutely! Just send us a pic of your beloved pot along with the dimensions we’ll come up with a few options for you. No pot too big or small!

  • Definitely! A successful plant is entirely dependent on the right pot! We’ll assess your little lovely and find him a new home that will encourage growth.

  • Our gift baskets include an assortment of plants, locally made products and plant goodies.

  • No, not even close! We are constantly restocking plants and sourcing new items throughout the week. When you come in, you'll feel like a kid in a candy store!

  • We sure do, and think gifting locally and sustainably is a beautiful choice! Gift cards can be purchased by clicking HERE.

  • We have a large variety of plants that have been deemed non-toxic according to the ASPCA. We utilize paw print stickers on our plants to inform you these are safe for your furry friends.

    Please note, just because it doesn't have a sticker doesn't mean it's fatal for pets if they get curious, some may just give them a tummy ache. Always double check, do your own research, and we're more than happy to point you in the right direction.

  • Yes, it’s all about finding the right plant for your space and our experts are more than happy to find one that will thrive in your environment. Snake plants, ZZs, there are plenty of low light options!

  • I get this question a LOT! It’s usually due to overwatering but every plant is different and with each purchase we’ll advise you as to how to care for your new buddy so you’ll have a long happy life together. It’s not rocket science…it’s a plant. Don’t overthink it ;)
